1 piece of legislation using military and foreign policy powers

1 action using the power of approval and removal
1 action using the power of oversight and investigation

Two of the following presidential actions(they have to be different):
1 action as head of state
1 action as commander-in-chief
1 action as chief diplomat
1 action as chief executive
1 action as party leader
1 action as legislative and/or economic leader

Two of the following supreme court cases(they have to be different):
1 case involving the constitution
1 case involving a violation of Federal laws
1 case involving controversies between states
1 case involving the federal govn't
1 case involving foreign govn't and treaties
1 case based on admiralty and maritime law
1 case involving a U.S. diplomat

They kinda have to do with checks and balances so don't give me something like completely random, and it has to be during JFK's presidency. Thanks in advance!
