I submitted my idea to Davison Design and Development, but now I want to retract. What do I do?

Turns out these guys are a bunch of scammers who only want my money. My original idea isnt patented yet but I am trying to do so (which brings up another question, I have no idea how to patent my idea). If I retract from the company, which I have not signed any contract with meaning I have no legal obligation to them, can they take my idea and make it their own?

When you submitted the idea, they made an agreement that they won't use your idea. If I were you, I would call them and ask.
