I usually don't ask for homework help?

I am in a traffic enforcement class and we were assigned a topic of our choice and had no guidelines. I picked habitual traffic violators and thought I would get a good turn out in websites explaining everything about it. I have only found different websites that state the same thing over and over again. If you know of any good books or better websites that I could use it would be greatly appreciated. I need to know about habitual traffic violators from Indiana. I'm not too sure if my professor wants us to compare it to other states or not, but it could be an option and I have looked at neighboring states laws on this topic. Maybe if you could help me brain storm a type of guideline would help.

Like I said I usually don't ask for help on homework so I don't want someone to belittle me and say something like "do your own homework you don't need help" or "you are in college you should know what you are doing" a little help and a couple questions never hurt anyone. If you have anything to offer it would be greatly appreciated. So please keep the negative comments to your self. Thank you so much!
