I want to challenge my sister on her rights of Power of Attorney?

I want to challenge my sister on her rights of Power of Attorney over my father because she has failed to live up to the parameters of the agreement. How do I? What does it fall under. Try and get free legal advice and then it says you have to pay for the answer.....did the definition of free like change it's meaning? Still question at hand.

I'm afraid you'll need to hire an attorney.
