What will happen, when he returns to America, with a second wife, that he married, while in a Muslim country, where he is allowed to have up to four wives.,??? When he gets off the plane, back in New York He is met by wife number one & he has wife number two with him,..So, How will the law treat this situation, because, in America , a man is only allowed one wife,..& a man marrying two women would be jailed,..But this man married wife number two, where it was legal to do so,. so he cannot be prosecuted,..So, how will the law treat this situation,..Are they going to deport wife number two, I somehow don't think so, & if they tried, then the case would go all the way to the Supreme Court, because any attempt to deport, would be in violation of assorted "Family Reunification" laws, & freedom of Religion issues would apply,..So, if you were a judge, then, how would you rule on this case,.?.And, how do you think that the Courts would rule,.?.AND, do you doubt that such a case will, sooner or later arise in America,.? And, are you aware that in Europe & Canada, This situation occurrs regularly, & these multible marriages, are recognised as "Legal" ,.? As for me, If I were the judge in such a case, I would rule the multi-marriage to be legal, & I would further rule, the once you break down the one mam,one woman rule, by allowing same sex marriage, then there is no justification for limiting a marriage to "ONLY" two people, & that the freedom to make such choices, is what the idea of freedom is all about,.. Agree,..or Dis-agree,..???
