If abortion actually IS murder, the woman involved certainly can't be innocent of the alleged crime. The woman makes a decision to seek out a person to do the abortion, or she knowingly takes a drug to promote an abortion....there's no way this person can be considered a victim of a crime as she's the one who instigated the alleged crime, took the drug to induce the abortion, or hired what is essentially a 'hit man' to do the alleged crime and then paid that person cash money for the service received. Short of asking for a law that makes abortion an actual 'murder', the unlawful taking of a human life, there's no way that any other person could be up on charges and then giving the woman who hired the 'murderer' a pass. Also, would any reasonable jury find such a woman guilty as murder one as in some states leads to a death penalty or life in prison? If on a jury would YOU find her guilty and allow a death sentence to be inflicted?

How about this:

If abortion is deemed murder would menstration and masturbation be genocide?

No.. The point is, our country gives us the right to choose whether or not we want an abortion.. And unless you're a hardcore bible thumper, it's not considered murder..

The killing of an unborn child is already a homicide in many states.

Because it is both unnecessary and counterproductive.

Deterring the potential abortionists would be sufficient.

Note that when interpreting your question I simply ignored the word "Jesus" because that was the only way I could get it to make sense.

Abortion was illegal until Margaret Sanger got her bloomers in a bunch about women's "rights" (which really was just another plank for the party of destruction's platform).

There is a difference between something being morally wrong and something being illegal. In the United States it is not illegal to abort (murder) a fetus. That doesn't mean that it is morally right. If a woman gets an abortion that is between her and God.

It's more efficient to kill the doctors. The nut-jobs think muslims are the only terrorists.
