The culpable authorities should be severely dealt with. The educational license & affiliation accredited to the college should be scrapped. The college authorities should be subjected to rigorous punishment and debarred from setting up any other institution.

As a consumer, the student as well as parent have rights to take legal action. Make a proper case with your evidences and consult a good lawyer. All the best.
