Clinton's welfare reform gutted itself.

Department of Health and Human Services is to waive the work requirements for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.

Why? The only jobs that the Federal Government could place people in were 'non profits' in order to show the person was not being an indentured slave.

So, the only jobs they got put in were State and Federal jobs...I know, I worked for the Department of Human Resources in Oregon. TANAF girls where hired in as temps, then eventually hire in a regular workers.

So, how do you keep hiring State and Federal workers when there is less money in these accounts? You want smaller government, and this provision made larger government.

The assault rifle thing needs addressing...the NRA cannot continue to run America with their unconditional rules. Everyone needs roping in when they start doing damage to others freedoms.
