So im losing my home....i lost my job :( and now i have a sheriffs notice ..after a few months the bank dint want to take my payments anymore :( the sheriff is coming tomorrow morning.......a friend told me to file emergency bk...and that that would give me and my kids time to find a place...i did it and we faxed it over and they said thats not enough :/ because of this law 11usc362 bankruptcy abuse prevention in 2005..what do i do :( im not ready where will i go :( ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

You have seen this coming for all the months that you didn't pay your rent/mortgage. Put yourself in the landlord's position. Would you allow someone to stay in your property without paying rent? Of course you wouldn't. You are the one who did nothing regarding finding someplace to go. Get a storage shed for your stuff and see if you can't get on at a welfare housing.

I'm sorry about your situation, but you waited too long. You cannot find emergency help here.
