Charges like underage drinking, and domestic violence of the lowest degree menacing? Lets say the person 15 or 16. Will that record be able to be pulled up and looked down upon, i was thinking about getting a criminal justice degree. Because id like to work in law enforcment. But im afraid my record will hold me back from getting a job, but i heard it gets erased and i remember once asking a man before court and he said if i plead guilty my domestic violence would be erased and it was it was between my mom and i threw a glass well she was in the other room.. Underage drinking charge i believe was a huge slap on the wrist the other one was comunity service. Anyhow ive matured and i already work full time but for minimum wage and im a serious person and think id make a fair cop. Did my record get erased?

No, it didn't get erased, it was sealed. It takes one heck of a reason to ever get the judge to unseal that record. Most of us did some really dumb things when we were younger, That is how we learn. If you do not have a felony on your record, you should have no problem with anything you want to do in life. Good luck.
