However, In The Body Of The Complaint, Only The Company Concerned Has Been Mentioned At All Places. The Respondents Are Common Directors In Both The Companies. But They Wanted To Escape On The Pretext That The Main Company Has Been Mentioned As The Respondent. How To Take Remedial Steps Now?
