Is a 16 year old in mississippi allowed to work after 7pm based on child labor laws?

My daughter is 16 years old and working at a Sonic. They are requiring her to work until after midnight on school nights most every night leaving her no time to do homework and get enough rest for school. I do not want her to loose her job by me trying to help her request more reasonable hours so I am researching to see if I might have legal argument with management that would give us a more protected end of the negotiations of her hours and protect her employment while requested more reasonable hours. You know those places fire people for any complication at all and just want to be sure before I go head in.
