Is it illegal to bully someone online in the state of arizona?

I'm 14 and I'm on youtube a lot, and a few months ago these two girls started bullying me and saying all this really mean stuff to me. They laid off after a few days luckily but I started seeing tons of videos about people that were bullied by these two girls. I'm not getting bullied anymore but I don't want other people to, I want to do something about this. Is there a law against cyber bullying in arizona? If there's not what can I do? How can I stop this? Their youtube channels are calliepwnsyou and anashownews if you've heard of them.. And they're going farther than just youtube too. They're bullying people on facebook and skype too including my friend. What can I do??
