Is it Legal to live in an R.V. in Rogers Arkansas?

I want to live in a camper on my dad's property for several years to build up my savings what i want to find out is if this is legal or not. My dad's property is zoned for agricultural but I want to find some specific text where it states what the laws are for my area.
