Where else will we put them? Florence ADX is a supermax prison. It's designed to prevent breakouts. If we put them in other prisons, they have to go outside, the chance of them breaking out is higher then at Florence ADX where it is almost impossible.

As Eric Rudolph said, ADX is meant to "inflict misery and pain.'' Well, these guys deserve that ''misery and pain.'' No other prison could give them that ''misery and pain.'' It's cheaper and safer to throw them all into one prison.
