Is Kennesaw Georgia's Mandate that everyone who lives in the city own a gun Unconstitutional?

The Mandate requires that each citizen have a gun in their home and live ammo.

The ACLU filed suit but Federal Courts said the Mandate was Constitutional.

I lived there when the law was passed back in the 1980's. I called the police department and confessed to the crime of having no gun but they refused to arrest me.

I live in Alabama now and called the Governor Bentley's office and confessed to allowing "illegals" to ride in my car but they never came for me.

Oh well. I'm just one more criminal on the loose but you need to keep an eye on me.

Tomorrow I plan to break some more laws.

Of course it's constitutional. Kennesaw has the lowest rate of home invasion in the country

The law supports and enhances the Second Amendment so why would it be unconstitutional? Just Libs and their constant attack on our liberties find this offensive. Example: ACLU.

no, it would be if the Federal government tried to mandate gun possesion, but there's nothing preventin a state or local government from doing so

I don't think there's anything in the US Constitution about this, and I'm not familiar enough with Georgia's constitution to say either way.
