Is the brand "marina militare" under panerai patented?

i just want to know if the word "marina militare" which appears on panerai watches are patented or copyrighted. If yes, please paste me some reference link to read up more. I cant find any relevant info on panerai's patented / trademark items except for its winding crown and "luminor", "radiomir". How about "marina militare"?? Thanks in advance
