Is there anyone who has harassed someone on the net and got arrested by the local police even though they live in different countries?
Like when one lives in north america and the other lives in Europe.

I know so many people got arrested by the police because they harassed someone on the net in the U.S. bullying is illegal in the U.S especially kids are well-protected by US laws.
but all the cases i know....they all live in the U.S so it's easy to track the criminals down.

what would happen if someone has been harassing you on the net but he/she lives oceans away?
