Is there anything similar to yahoo answers only in motion?

I was wondering if anyone has ever thought of creating a channel on YouTube just for asking questions and answering them, like yahoo answers, only in motion, with both the asker and answerer providing a video of their questions and answers. Would that be a violation of yahoo's copyright policies? Just wondering. Nothing is in the works yet, so don't get your bannies in a punch yahoo answers administrators. Am I to late to get it patented, if legal? Would YouTube be the way to go, or should I just start a whole site? Will yahoo answers ever advance to yahoo answers in motion? I would appreciate your insight, anyone who knows about this kind of stuff. Tankie duby for your time.

i hardly think people would take the time to shoot themselves on a video and upload it to the internet, that will be a waste of time and energy besides i am sure no one will do that. yahoo answers is the best in its simplicity and i like it.

To be a patentable invention it would have to be "new and non-obvious". Since you have already disclosed your entire invention to the world in your description, it is no longer considered "new" and you have forever forfeited any right to a patent anywhere in the world (other than, perhaps, the USA, which gives you a one-year grace period in which to file).

Just because someone else owns all of the "prior art" involved in an improvement invention does not mean that the improvement itself is not patentable; only that the owner of the improvement patent would have to pay royalties to use any patented prior art built into the improvement.

Whether anything on Yahoo is patented would be up to you to determine by making the necessary search of all related and enforceable patents in any country where you intend to practice your invention.
