Seven years ago Philip Jones’ wife was killed during a home invasion. Her murderers only got five years in prison and went into witness protection due to them helping the police catch a drug kingpin.
Since his wife’s murder trials Philip sits in the Rochester Court House waiting for unjust cases to ensue during his monthly visits. Once he determines if the suspect is guilty of the crime he does the thing the judicial system couldn’t do their selves. He rights the wrongs the courts brought upon the society. One could say it’s his bloody satisfaction.
After a failed attempt to rectify the wrong doing of an innocent murderer, he is now the target of a gang controlling Rochester, New York. Now the only way out of the Rocs’ eyes means leaving his past behind—or fight until his last breath.
Meanwhile all this is happening a few detectives also have their eyes on Philip as well, suspecting he has something to do with the murder of an acquitted child rapist—Philip’s last act of valor.
