Im no expert dont get me wrong but thinkinkg about this does make some sense. The idea is (will sleeping in a certain way change were you burn the fat?) i.e love handles , i always sleep on my right side and i have always struggled with love handles,despite being resonobaly skinny and having a flat stomach. So as i said im no expert but my stomach could be due to when you sleep that side you have to slighly tense your stomach directing your fat burner more to that area, so my thinking is that if you sleep face up you would have a more balanced area for the upper body to burn eg, love handles, stomach , pecs, some opinions in this or advice from some sort of expert would be of great interest , and dont slander me with s**t it is just an idea.
