As far as everything I read, you may just be able to play it. I don't know what settings you will use but it wont be to high. You have a good processor and RAM, but i don't know about the graphics card. Laptops are not good for gaming.

God help you, do not buy that!

It is completely garbage for Just Cause 2. To play such an advance game, you will need to shell out money for a desktop PC. The laptop specs you just gave me has an okay CPU but the GPU is unacceptable. Such a GPU will give you lag everywhere. And it won't be the internet, it will be because the game is too powerful and advance for that weak GPU to handle. You should get a desktop PC with AT LEAST a dual core cpu running above 2.0GHz. Then you would most likely need a good Nvidia video card. I would recommend a gtx 550ti for good performance.
