Jeremy Hunts advisor on the BSkyB takeover bid steps down?

claiming "I appreciate that my activities at times went too far."...

Certain criminal laws (foreign bribery laws/Public Bodies Corrupt Practices Act 1889) clearly state a protagonist is responsible for its agents actions.

Since Adam Smith, the special advisor was working for Jeremy Hunt admits he went too far.

does this mean hunt will have to resign and even face criminal actions.

btw Hunt will be holding a press confrence at 12:30pm BST, should we expect hunts resignation.
