i just receive now a Notice to terminate lease etc. MUST VACATE by end of march 31st 2011
or shall charge me 100 holdover fee(s)PER DAY for remaining there;
"while he is moving to evict me"
and the family...
Today in,the mail i now have a court hearing date?for next week on march 29 2011.
Now, i have PROOF we did pay all rent (late)for feb.and january 2011,he NEVER mail it back,
yet"went to court to say i want the family out"due to LATENESS of rent?"habitual"yet he again Accept both months that was late due to car accident,for which i am still recovering from(my dr.)
verify this it,if warranted,i have proof.so i just getting caught up on rent,and HE accept it.
So will i still be Evicted court date again is 3/29 for him lieing to court saying i did not PAY back
2 months late rent,yet again i paid by United StatedS Money Order,and clearly that is MY proof
that i mail it to him,CERTIFIED.
He surely has received my cash for the back rent,along with a signature i have from february.
Can i still be evicted when i go to court on march 29?
or at the LEAST get more time to stay even a full month,to find a new place as clearly
if the judge say i have to still "go"from being two mos.rent,etc. i need time to find a place etc.
((( i am being told NJ landlord usually"has to wait to file"until LEASE IS UP"then go to court to file for such removal of tenant)))and ONLY when rent is NOT paid,i think this is the law,am i correct?
Because he went to court sometime in feb.2011 yet again the RENT clearly was paid.i have proof?

COUNTER SUE for him lieing on me,by saying i did not pay when he has the cash from us for
a month now for both months/back pay rent...Only did not pay the 75 .00 late fee(s)Associated,
with it,this i have for court though,for which i have to now most like retain counsel for such case.
