Legal advice for small claim heeeeelp...?

hello

thank you for entering in my post

I'm a claimant of a small claim against a Carphone Warehouse store,

the defendant called me and sent to mean email to reach an agreement with an offer of 120.00£, but I was not agree, I asked 226,23£ and cancellation of my contract

At the end the defendant filed a defence sending a copy to me and one to the court

for some reason the court had a problem in receiving the defence on time and they told to send a request for judgement because according to them they sent a defence just to me but nothing to the court.
I sent a request for judgement and a week later I received a letter from the court that is a questionnaire and the defence by the defendant.

I called the court and I complained their service because I forwarded the email mentioned above to them (about a settlement by the defendant, in which they wrote totally different things comparing it with their defence) but they never replied to me, and also because they made me send a request for judgment for nothing, nevertheless, I need to say, that the court has been very kind and they told that I can add my complaint on the questionnaire mentioned above.

Now I need a help to fill in this questionnaire

Should I go to the CAB (Citizen Advice Bureau) to ask for a help

Should I get a lawyer?

Any suggestion will be very appreciated

thank you in advance for your help

Hello, You're welcome and I don't know. Well I think it is inappropriate to not reply to your kindness act like 'hello' on first paragraph and 'thanks' on second paragraph.

CAB will help you out for free. You will not be able to reclaim the costs of a lawyer in small claims proceedings.
