2. no death panels
3. no gun control laws introduced or signed into law
4. illegal immigration is lower now than under Bush
5. terrorism is on the back burner
6. Iraq is the same mess Bush left it

Taxes have not gone up at all. There are no death panels. Gun laws have remained the same. Illegal immigration is still a crime and a problem. There have been no terrorist attacks, or threats in the last four years. Iraq is in no worse shape than it was while we occupied it and is at least independent.
