I got a speeding ticket when I was 17, then was involved in a wreck where my car hydroplaned into someone else a little later when I was 18. Went to court for both and got driving school for the wreck (the points will not go on my record) and had to pay the speeding ticket. I just got a letter saying I have to go to court for possible license suspension for getting 6 points on my record in under 12 months while under the age of 17. I have 2 problems: first, the 3 points for the wreck arent going to appear on my record, so why do they count? Second, I was 18 when I got in the wreck, not 17. The letter says for 6 points when UNDER 18. So what's up with that?
