Maritime law or the law of the sea/CAPITIS DIMINUTIO?

Postby ailwyn » Thu Apr 07, 2011 12:38 am

there are 2 kinds of LAW, 1 kind is called the law of the "land" or the "jungle", the second kind is called the law of the "sea" or maritime admiralty law, which deals with vessels operating on international waters.

We ARE born with certain rights that we'll have forever and those rights are the rights of the "jungle", which are the NATURAL RIGHTS or liberties, that cannot be given away, only if you choose to... and there are certain "rights" that can be added and certain laws that "remove" the -added- rights of maritime law or the natural rights, this "rights and laws" are of the law of the "sea".

if you sign a document that states in some way that you agree to "remove" you're natural rights (until you decide to quit or the document states that you're rights are given back to you in a certain amount of time) you can be penalised at the point that the document states (bondage can be included).

this is the way we people are lured into a trap that consist on signing certain documents (corporation ones particulary) with fancy words that ultametely mean that you agree to give away you're natural rights and that you also agree to be penalized in the ways that natural rights protect you... the document that is the most important to have in mind about this is you're birth certificate, it is actually a warehouse recieve, and until you destroy it or remove it from you're life, you're garanteed to be a slave

Birth certificate is actually the birth of the corporation named with the exact same name as you, and when you sign a document that means that you agree to be the "representor" of this corporation (most likely the alumn one), you actually agree to represent (to be) the artificial person that the corporation (with you're name) represents, and so forth you degrade you're natural rights to the (remaining if there remains) artificial or maritime rights that fall on the corporation that you agree to represent.

YOUR BIRTH > YOUR NAME > CORPORATION BIRTH WITH YOU'RE NAME (CERTIFICATED WITH "THE BRITH CERTIFICATION) > YOUR SIGN OF AGREEING TO REPRESENT THE CORPORATION NAMED AS YOU > YOU'RE CITIZENSHIP AND LIBERTY CHANGES ACCORDING TO THE RIGHTS ATTACHED TO THE CORPORATION > YOU LEAVE YOU'RE NATURAL RIGHTS BEHIND AND BECOME A "LEGAL ENTITY/BEING" UNTIL YOU DECIDE OTHERWISE

and the way to spot this is to take notice of how many of the letters of you're name in a "document" are capitalized...

this is CAPITIS DIMINUTIO

human being = natural rights attached to that being = john doe

capitis diminutio minimima = minimal lose of rights = John Doe

capitis diminutio media = lose of citizenship but conservation of liberty = John DOE

capitis diminutio maxima = liberty changes to bondage = JOHN DOE

nom de guerre (name of war = DEAD) = being that does not live and so cannot be hurt in any way and that is owned TOTALLY by someone= DOE, JOHN

I hope this paints a picture of how bondage is present today in a more discret way but in a highly more ample way (almost all world's population lives on capitis diminutio maxima or nom de guerre)

any opinions?

Capitus diminutio is a latin term that came about centuries before the invention of lower case letters. Your name and the way it is written has nothing to do with your rights or liberties.
