Microsoft Access: I Want To Use The Snapshot Viewer To Send Reports Throughout The U.s. -

since that is the 'nice' formatting result. however noone seems to be able to open the form. any suggestions for how to send my reports while keeping the formatting? every other method I've tried comes out looking cheap and sloppy. Why doesn't Microsoft have a viewer for everyone like Adobe does?
