Must revise 14th amendment and some more

Postby motorola » Sun Nov 18, 2012 1:30 pm

We must revise 14th amendment.
1. A baby can be a US citizen only and only if at least one of the parents is US citizen (I emphasize CITIZEN, not PR holder, this visa holder or that visa holder, CITIZEN) or adopted by US CITIZEN (again, CITIZEN, not PR, this visa or that visa holder).
2. All illegal immigrants, when caught, all of their assets, bank accounts and possessions will become property of United States of America. After that, they shall be put to work to pay for the expenses for their deportation. These illegals must not be allowed to set foot on US soil for eternity.
3. In the event that the illegal alien married a US citizen (the status was still illegal when getting married) and produced child(ren), the child(ren)'s citizenship will be US (according to first law), but the alien will still be deported and the procedure in step 2 will be enforced. If the non citizen's status was never illegal from the first time he/she set foot on US soil until the marriage (not even once illegal), then all is fine.
