Postby winfrid12 » Tue Apr 10, 2012 6:20 pm

I was updating flash and I went back to my internet and then the whole thing started shuting down and I assumed it was just restarting for the update.

Then I tried to turn it on, it went past the loading part, then the part where its all black something popped up and i cant get passed it. Iv restarted it many times. Here what it states:

INtel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083)
Copyright (c) [years] Intel corp.

This product is covered by one or more of the following patents:
[letters and numbers]

Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller series v1.24 ([date])

Please tell me if I put out any personal information so i can take it down.
Can someone please help me, its a newer computer. Thanks a million if you try to help<3

Your computer is trying to boot from your network card instead from your hard drive. Enter the BIOS when your turn on your computer and verify that your hard drive is seen in the BIOS. If not, then your hard drive is either physically loose inside your computer or it may be damaged. If you can see your hard drive in the BIOS, then make sure that the boot order has your hard drive listed as the first boot device.

. Use Windows System Restore to go back to a restore point from an older date before the registry was affected
