My house sits on someone else's property, as the legal owner of my home, what legal rights do I have?

You have a deed to the house. You have the right to move your house.
The owner of the house pays the taxes on the land and has a deed.
Squattering the land is not allowed in most states. Not anymore in this state. And paying back taxes on land does not get ownership anymore.
