My local post office uses the post office trademark, yet it is only open around 3 hours a day, is this legal?

http://www.postofficeopeninghours.co.uk/Ely_Stretham-Post-Office.htm

Here are the opening times listed on the post office website for my local depot. It uses the copyrighted company name and logo.

Yet it closes at 2:00 every day, i'm at college and my parents are at work, so I have to wait until Saturday if I ever want something that missed a delivery.

Now i'm sure a lot of people are thinking just wait until saturday. That's not the point here, i'm wondering if this is legal, they come and go as they feel like and it's more of a burden to me than anything else.

It's happened loads now and i've been late on plenty of birthday gifts because of it. I just don't think it's fair.

They aren't required to keep longer hours just to have the trademark.

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize that a post office had to keep the hours that you would like it to keep to be considered a post office. Is that how the universe works now, your majesty?
