My teacher keeps staring at me, makes me uncomfortable..what should i do? (see details!)?

okay, so here's this teacher who USED to teach me last year but not this year.Since my classroom is right next to the male Staff room we usually come across each other but I don't talk to him because whenever I talk to him he smiles at me in a..umm..in a weird way..I am thinking of telling my class-teacher (my class-teacher is also male, but he's really close to the children and we can share every problem with him..he's really cool) about it. I mean that teacher (the one this question is about) is really weird..He always call me if he has to ask anything..not any other kid.And he keeps staring at me in an odd way..What should i do?..Who should i tell first?--My parents / class teacher or directly the principal?
By the way i am 14 (Grade 10)
If i complain it to the principal what actions will be taken then?

Yes if possible, you should talk to your parents first. If you feel shy in talking to your parents, then i have another idea for you. Talk openly about it to a few friends of yours. Take them into confidence, form a group and together, inform your class teacher about this matter. I am sure if he will take some action if he's really kind. If you alone tell it to your class teacher, he might not believe you. The group idea always works in schools n colleges.
Now, if the class teacher doesn't give any reassurance, make sure to either lodge a formal complaint but for that you must inform your parents too...

i agree with rubilyn telling your parents is the best option then they might tell your principal then im not sure what actions would be taken probably a warning saying that u feeling uncomfortable but alongs he hasnt done anything serious then i dont think no action with be taken against him but tell your parents anyway...

he is just staring at you. dont worry. if he does anything mischief then you should report it to your parents not principal because his cares about name and fame of the school than you. just staring, take it easy

try to ignore him at such times.dont tell ur parents or class teacher abt it.might be u r thinking wrong off him.
He might jst like u as a good student,confirm it first.
If this is not the case,then u should tell ur parents first.....

well, if this starring turns touchy (i mean if he tries to harass you by touching you and all, you know u can understand) then you should tell this to your parents or any elder friend who will understand your problem.
