N400 detained by police officer? what should i put?

Police officers stopped me at night and hand cuffed me when they found a blade on me. but they did not arrest me they said i'm free to leave.

but when the police did a criminal check, they said my file is clean and i have no criminal record. when i asked them to do a criminal background check it was clean...

Should I put no for that question?

Put the truth. You're not going to be denied citizenship because of the incident.

Give me one good reason why you would deliberately lie on the most important application you will ever submit in your lifetime, knowing that this could not only result in a denial of your N-400 for material misrepresentation to a federal law enforcement officer under oath, but a revocation of your status as a resident and subsequently deportation.
