NC Judgment laws: Protected property?

In NC, If you own money from an overdrawn checking account and they take a judgment against you for the money owed (in this case it is $4500).
Would that bank be allowed to seize and/or force the sale of personal (real) property?

I own a house valued at only $54,000 (that I live in loan free) in NC, and im worried that the bank will be able to take my house if I can't prove them wrong in court. I know in NC they can not take personal wadges, but what about residential property?

thanks.

They can't take ownership of your house, but they can put a lien on it that will have to be satisfied before you can transfer title.
