Need advice in Ohio about custody laws...?

Ok. I am a Mother of 3 kids. I hit a rough patch last year lost job which resulted in losing my house so i was bouncing back and fourth at friends houses and decided to let my sons father have temp custody of him under dependency of no fault of either parent. I got every other weekend from friday to saturday and one day a week visitation. Well This past weekend, his father is on a power trip all of a sudden and going off denying me weekend visitations and hasn't even included anything about the one day a week visitation, He's pretty dumb, he hasn't done much research apparently. I've not done anything different than what we have agreeed on. I don't party, I don't do drugs. I may drink once a couple months (im 24) I live with my mom again with my other kids. My middle daughter is a transplant recipent and we have recently been accepted for make a wish foundation and shes getting a new play ground, plus we are going to louisiana to walk her donor family down the isle. I dont know if this is a jealousy issue or if he's just being a complete jerk. Anyone have any ideas of what I can do? I've already contacted the guardian ad litem and im filing fore motion of custody because im in a stable home now.

It would seem that you lost custody, and its about to become official.

Contacting the court is your best bet. Legally he cannot deviate from the custody agreement, you can call the police if he refuses you access to your child on your days.
