Nude pics and law situation?

Postby darvell » Thu Apr 12, 2012 3:01 pm

Okay. I am 16, and have a (girl) friend. She moved about a year ago and got a boyfriend. They have been together for months and months now. So the other day, she decides to send me some nude pictures. I am like "Okay. Thanks?". I am not like most guys. I don't care about what is under the cloths. She wanted a pic too, so I sent one to make her happy. But anyways, her boyfriend finds out and begins threating he will kill me and cussing me out. I told him that I shouldn't have and that I had never done such a thing. THEN he threatens to take me to court. He SAYS he knows a lot about law and he has a lot of "friends" or something. Keep in mind that he is 16 or 15. He said he "knows a lot about law". He says he can get me for Sexual Assault, harrassment, etc. etc. He says that if I don't do everything he wants he will, and I quote, "own your family, your house, and your life will be ******". I explained the situation after calming him down. I tried to strike a deal, since I am a man of words, not violence. He said he wanted the picture to go "viral". And I talked him out of that as well. So we came to a conclusion of this:
I don't talk to her anymore, and I block her. If she tries talking to me, then I tell him right away. As long as I don't talk to her, we can move on.
I accepted... since I am the one that proposed the deal. But anyways, he keeps texting me now saying that I had "better ******* keep my part or that he will ruin my life". Does anyone know how to shut him up or anything about law that I could get him back for if he tried it? I know for a fact that he couldn't get me for assault.

Like I said, I have never done such a thing. I don't lie really, I don't cheat, steal, and I don't fight. Every girl I know calls me different and sweet. I don't know what to do?
