Oh boy another obama pending lawsuit No bond for men jailed for smuggling children at Boca Chica Beach?

A federal judge has denied bond for two Brownsville men accused of smuggling four children at Boca Chica Beach.

U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested 37-year-old Ector Chavez and 36-year-old Israel Lucio, Jr. last Tuesday.

Court records revealed that Chavez drove through a Border Patrol checkpoint on Highway 4 with four children.

Chavez claimed two of the children were his and the other two belonged to his sister-in-law.

But authorities learned all four of them were illegal immigrants who had been crossed from Mexico at Boca Chica Beach.

Border Patrol agents arrested Lucio after learning he smuggled the children across the Rio Grande River.

Both men appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Ronald Morgan on Tuesday afternoon where they were both denied bond.

Ok why is it ok for illegals to break the law to get here and stay here but if someone who was born here breaks the law they go to jail ? What part of Illegal do you not understand ? You break the law and lose your kids don't complain . If you read the kids where with 2 men not their mothers or fathers just 2 men . If their mom where in the US and they where going to meet them then they should lose them . Leaving your kids to break the law no matter where your from is stupid .
