That ruling alone would pretty much put the issue to rest..

Just enforce the laws on the state level..

Fine for AZ but certain states like CA and NM have decided to ignore the federal laws.

You can still have immigration reform without rewarding law breakers with amnesty and citizenship. First you need enforcement that works.
