Let me start off by saying this is a white woman and I'm a black male, I'm really scared now I need a lawyer or to figt this case with common sense. I mean I have no criminal record, never broke the law, and we're both brought up in middle class/upper class areas me and her so it's not like I have that bad rep as a male. A few days ago me and this girl got into an argument. It started off because I only kept her for a one night stand and she didn't like that, she was being played be me and I didn't want anything more to her so she insulted me and said some negative things about me I was offended and kinda mad so I replied and said some negative things about her called her a sl*t and insulted her. So she kept replying this was through a text since she was talking over me on phone I hung up and texted her. SO anyways she THREATEND at first to report me to the cops, I laughed and said they can't do anything because I didn't do anything wrong. 5 minutes later I got a call from them and they left a message on my phone saying,"This i Office Jones and I'm calling for you harassing this young lady" I got nervous and kind of scared then I'm not going to lie but I didn't do anything . If I was HARASSING her then she wa HARASSING me as well because she was doing the same thing I was.

Dude, that "officer" was probably some friend of hers she told to call and say that to you to freak you out. Police aren't going to call you up and say, "i'm calling about a case of harassment against so and so." If they feel it's justified, they'll put out a warrant to have you arrested. And it is my guess they would need far more than some snarky text messages to justify arresting you for any harassment. Quit having anything to do with that crazy bunny boiler before Fatal Attraction becomes your true life story.
