Question for business law...?

Agency always requires:
A) an identified underlying transaction
B) Consideration on the part of both the principal and the agent.
C) Both an agent and principal who are adults.
D) A written contract.
E) Intent by both the principal and agent to in the arrangement.

I have my guess but if any of you know so I can see if our answers concur. Thanks!
