Our Company handed RPS Worldwide to collect money that our clients had not paid us. We kept ourselves very professional in any way possible asking RPS Worldwide to help collect debts that our customers owned us. But this collections company (RPS Worldwide) threatened our debt owners and also they treated us disrespectfully, unorganized, and unprofessional they have also kept money from us that they had collected and we had submitted $40,000 worth of money to be collected, but we had no choice but to cut our ties with this scam company (RPS Worldwide Inc.) they also claim that their was writing in the contract "that if you cancel with us we will keep 10% of all collections", but the thing is RPS WORLDWIDE never had a VALID contract with our company. We were also treated disrespectfully by this company in any made contacts over the phone, they had also told us one RPS Worldwide Representative told us "to come here and give me a *******" Which this was very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service towards us. RPS WORLDWIDE is a Fraud/Scam and they are Unprofessional!!!

We have the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (Complaint Form) getting prepared to be submitted this will allow the Florida Offices of Financial Regulations to deal with them .If you have or had situations relevant to ours please give us a call for any questions, and we will work together to help shut down RPS Worldwide.

This is very sad to read. I hope you will get back the $40,000 that they collected, even if its after they keep the 10%. In future it could be advisable to have a signed contract in place before giving anyone authority to act on your behalf.
