Selling Prints Online (copyright laws)?

Is it legal to use images found online, say of celebrities (i.e. sportsmen) and then use those images in prints to sell online?

For example if I typed David Beckham into google images and found this could I sell it on a print online?:

No. Someone owns the rights to that image. You must have their permission to sell it, which would include paying them either a licensing fee and/or a commission from each transaction.
