Should I go to Notre Dame or Georgetown this summer?

I am a junior in high school and I applied to two different summer programs for this upcoming summer, one at the University of Notre Dame and one at Georgetown. I got into both, and now I don't know which one to chose. Here's what I would be studying/doing at the colleges:

Notre Dame: Literature/ analysis of novels/ various field trips

Georgetown: International relations/ various field trips

I want to go to the Georgetown one because I think that it would be better for what I want to study when I go to college (Law), but I want to go to Notre Dame because it is my dream college and I think that if i attend the summer program then it will be like "getting my foot in the door" for when I apply there next year for college.
