Now the Libs can only hope for a 4-4 tie, which is highly unlikely since Kennedy voted against illegals in Whiting's 5-3 vote earlier this year!

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan will recuse herself from the court's review of Arizona's immigration law because of her former position as the Obama administration's Solicitor General.

She is an honorable justice, too bad we can't say the same for Justice Thomas, who took money from the private health insurance industry and is refusing to recuse himeself on the Health care reform Debate.

Well, one good deed will not undo all the evil she will perform as a far left social justice judicial activist.

I'm just surprised to see someone on the courts with an ethical side. After Thomas refused to recuse himself on multiple, clear conflicts of interest I didn't think the precedent would be set in the opposite direction for a long while...

Honorable, indeed. Now it's Justice Thomas turn in March when they hear the Affordable Health Care Act. Everyone should know by now that Virginia Thomas, his wife, was very active in a group lobbying against Obamacare.

It's good to hear an update about this, I was wondering. This is how this administration and their followers likes to do things. They want to fight against administering the laws on the books, and allow illegals to flow over the borders in hopes of amnesty all for the greed of getting their votes for more power. Screw the country, they could care less! It's all about THEM, and what they can do to WIN!
