but the ticket and the Traffic Law Center said that we just needed to show the valid insurance and she could get the ticket fixed. However the court says that we need to prove that she is a resident of the house and we cannot seem to find that info on our insurance.

any suggestions?

Any official documentation with her name and address, such as a paycheck stub, bank statement, utility bill, credit card statement, etc.
