i got a ticket in prescott valley az from a camera. There was no posted speed limit sign between where i turned onto the street and where i got flashed. This street is a 4 lane street with a median and stop lights. There was abandoned lots on either side of the road. Now i know that any area where speed is not posted the speed limit is 35 and in residential its 25. I got marked for going 40 in a 25, so i am guessing they are considering this street residential. I should further note that this was early in the morning and there was 0 traffic for me to judge speed by. Is there any way to fight this, I was doing my best by all means to obey the law.
