Starting a petition to get an "unauthorized person" removed from our mobile home park?

a little background,
this person lived in the trailer we are in now, and never took care of it, trash everywhere, inside and out, broken porch, never followed park rules, was 3 months past due on rent, ( which in order to get approved by the park, we had to pay to move in) and he was in the middle of the eviction process when we did move in. ( his parents owned the trailer and sold it to us) and he was very upset about it, broke into our shed and stole things, threatened us, etc.
he recently moved in with a lady next door, i called the park manager who was very vague about what she could do although he is an " unauthorized person", im very afraid to leave my house unattended in fear he will destroy our belongings or steal from us.
Will a petition to have him removed help? Is there anything i can do? This just doesn't seem fair, do i have any legal rights as a rent paying tenant who is living in fear?

no, it will not help.
there is nothing you can do.
your ONLY legal right is to move out if you find it unbearable.

I see no reason why a petition would have any more effect than speaking with the landlord. It has no legal power, it simply asks the same thing as what you have already asked.

It will also exacerbate the conflict.

If you have a fear of a crime, talk to the police, they may be able to help.

I'd make a comment about those who live in trailer parks, but that would probably be unkind, and I know lots of good honest people do so.

A petition will do nothing. If the park manager will do nothing about it then I suggest contacting the owner of the park. It probably states in your lease about who can/cannot reside in the park. I would go with that angle.
