Work Place Complaints and Rules?
I was at work, while i was looking at the calander i noticed that somebody had crossed out my two days that i had requested off. I asked the PIC (Person in charge) who has previously crossed out my name and my name only if he had did it again. He then told me to "come here" so i did. He began to cuss and yell at me. This is how it went..."Hey Did you scratch my name out again on the calander?" him "What fool, Come here fool, Dont be ****** talking to like that, i ****** care who you are, dont ****** talk to me like that, i dont ****** care about the calander fool" This is while he's in my face. Me "You need to get out of my face and stop talking to me like that, it was just a question" Him "I dont ****** care fool, come back here and we can ****** talk, (indicating he wants to fight) come over here so we can ****** talk fool." Me "im not gonna fight you," then i walked away. This was witnessed by another pic who did tell him to stop. What are my rights as far as this goes? And the owner is always favouring ex criminals cuz he believes in second chances which this pic is. This Supervisor wanted to fight and i want something done, this is not the first time hes dont this to somebody. Ive transfered once before and dont want to transfer again. Im i required to transfer if the owner decides. I live in washington state and am looking for labor laws thank you

Sounds like a crappy place to work. Report this guy or leave.

How can you even think that this
."Hey Did you scratch my name out again on the calander?
is an appropriate way to address your supervisor.
Don't expect to last long in this job if you have such an attitude

You should ask your local police department what actions you need to take. But you may need proof of this threat.
